Once you purchased our software online, we will send you the SOFTWARE ACTIVATION CODE or we will install it on your PC using UltraViewer or AnyDesk. Once installation has been done or we have send the ACTIVATION CODE by email. We will not be able to refund your money.
If you purchased the software and before SOFTWARE ACTIVATION, If you request a refund with in 7 days, we will refund your money to your account.
